CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN
Custom training plans are individually created based on the provided client questionnaire and are ideal for self-motivated or experienced athletes. After learning more about your training and racing history, personal goals, strengths/weaknesses, and injuries, I will create a training plan based around YOU. While these plans do not include coaching contact, they are designed around your schedule and take into account vacations, time off from work, etc., so that you can be as successful as possible.

PERSONALIZED COACHING
A more comprehensive package, personalized coaching provides clients with an individualized training plan and one-on-one attention. After a personal consultation, you will receive a flexible training program that gradually and systematically builds towards your specific goal. Throughout your training, I will be available to discuss race strategy, make training adjustments as personal commitments arise, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Includes unlimited contact via email and a bi-weekly phone call.
$125/month
$115/month for 3 months paid in full
$105/month for 6+ months paid in full
SUPPLEMENTAL COACHING
I am also available for in-person coaching, including form clinics, drills, and trail climbing/descending technique for $50/hour. Limited to the Bay Area.
